Dog Days

One of the many joys of NMLC’s construction project are all the great dogs we’ve met.  They supervise our construction work with toothy grins.  They keep us company on long hauls.  They amuse and entertain.  They support and motivate.  Perhaps it is because of their inspiration that we are so motivated to help other animals by building this marine animal hospital….  At any rate, thank goodness for our four-legged companions who keep us on track!

Jake, whose person is Tyler from R&H Construction, has been with us from day one!

Bridget Bardot, who was rescued from a truck stop, now gets to travel the country helping deliver fun things like marine animal hospitals!

Thor, whose person will be helping to erect our new hospital, is just a big puppy!

  1. It’s wonderful that the canines are supporting the marine mammal effort! Always thought dogs were the best people.

  2. Jake,
always the protector. He has a big heart just like his size. He loves going to work at R & H Construction.

  3. Thanks, Megan! I’ve had so much fun meeting all the dogs that I thought I would share.

    Cheers,
    Kathy

  4. This is the cutest thing I have seen/read all day. Probably even all week!

When I saw that picture of Thor, Paula could hear me awwww from across the office.

    Great post Kathy!
