The Sea Turtle Restoration Project has an office in Forest Knolls, CA.  They work to protect endangered sea turtles in ways that make cultural and economic sense to the communities that share the beaches and waters with sea turtles. The California Turtle &amp; Tortoise Club has chapters throughout the state.  They are dedicated to turtle and tortoise preservation, conservation, and education. 		<description>Thanks for your interest.  Many of the stranded sea turtles this year - including Fletcher - were transported south for release.  NMLC doesn&#039;t have any more sea turtles and I&#039;m unaware of any releases scheduled by the New England Aquarium or other organizations.
We will be releasing several diamondback terrapins (small turtles) in the next several weeks.  Stay tuned for information about that release.</description>
