Our race will start promptly at 10 am. After the race, we will have prizes for each age group, so be sure to stick around after!

This year, our annual 5K will be both virtual and in-person! Join us to run or walk to support our mission. 

On Saturday, October 17th, please park in the Buzzards Bay Recreation Area parking lot off of Main Street in Buzzards Bay. Race bib and swag pickup will be just a few steps down the road at 120 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, MA. The race will start promptly at 10 am! After the race, we will have winner prizes, so be sure to stick around after!

For those joining us in person, this is a USATF-certified course!

While we won’t be including shirts with each registration in order to be more eco-friendly, we will have Feet for Flippers 5k merchandise available in our online store — in the size, style, and color of your choosing.
