“Before moving to Cape Cod, I enjoyed a 30-year career as a clinical microbiologist. I rather imagine all those years of looking through a microscope have given me the ability to paint the fine details most people seem to enjoy in my work.

“I’m primarily a realistic painter. My goal is to capture an image or moment in time and have the viewer experience his or her own special memories of that place.
