We’re having a book signing! Stop by NMLC Tuesday, August 6, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to meet the authors. Susan Baur, author of “The Turtle Sisters of Cape Cod”, and Linda Conti, author of “Sammy’s Clam” will be presenting their books.
LINDA CONTI lives with her husband in South Yarmouth. She started her writing business, Sandcastle Memoirs, in the winter of 2011. Linda is co-author of the true story, “The Billy Best Story: Beating Cancer with Alternative Medicine”. “Sammy’s Clam” is her first book for children.
Linda is a volunteer lighthouse keeper at Race Point Light in Provincetown. She enjoys gardening, kayaking, spending time at the beach, and of course – clamming! A portion of the proceeds from Sammy’s Clam will be donated to the Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore.
Linda will be reading her book “Sammy’s Clam” during our Little Flippers program on August 6 at 11 a.m.
SUSAN BAUR is a practicing psychotherapist and writer. She has written on the history of marine science, the psychology of love, and now on the pond turtles of Cape Cod. An avid swimmer, her goal is to swim in a hundred ponds from Woods Hole to Provincetown. She is a long time resident of North Falmouth.
Meet Susan at NMLC! She’ll be presenting her book “The Turtle Sisters of Cape Cod” on August 6 from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
