Do you love turtles? Have you got a turtle story to share? Then join us… For the Love of Turtles, our February Open House!

What:  For the Love of Turtles Open House
When:  Saturday, February 18, 2017
Time:  10 am – 2 pm
Where:  National Marine Life Center, 120 Main Street, Buzzards Bay
Cost:  Non-members $5/person, Members FREE.

Event proceeds help buy medicine, food, and care for our sea turtle patients.

Featuring…

• Hospital Tours – meet our 24 Kemp’s ridley sea turtle patients, along with our 8 red bellied cooters, Violet and Daisy the box turtles, and Lindsay the diamondback terrapin
• Screenprinting Demonstration – by local artist Marissa C. Freeman Sea Turtle Designs
• Arts and Crafts – Make a Marine Animal Valentine and other turtle themed crafts

Explore our Marine Animal Discovery Center and learn all about sea turtles, box turtles, and red bellied cooters. Light refreshments will be served.
