Time: 10 am – 2 pm
Where: National Marine Life Center, 120 Main Street, Buzzards Bay
Cost: Non-members $5/person, Members FREE.
Event proceeds help buy medicine, food, and care for our sea turtle patients.
- Hospital Tours – meet our 4 Kemp’s ridley sea turtle patients, along with our 10 Northern Red-bellied Cooters, Violet and Daisy the Eastern Box Turtles, Kreature the Diamondback Terrapin, and Lindsay the Diamondback Terrapin
- Arts and Crafts – Make a Marine Animal Valentine for your friend and maybe for a patient in the Marine Animal Hospital
- Enjoy other turtle themed crafts and activities!
- Light refreshments
- Opportunities to symbolically adopt and support our sea turtles (and seals)
Explore our Marine Animal Discovery Center and learn all about sea turtles, box turtles, and red bellied cooters. Hear first hand how National Marine Life Center has taken on the critically important role of triage in the sea turtle stranding network! Light refreshments will be served.
