National Marine Life Center

Founded in 1995, the National Marine Life Center is an independent, non-profit organization.

The NMLC rehabilitates and releases stranded marine mammals and sea turtles in order to advance science and education in marine wildlife health and conservation.

Primary Triage Center

Each winter, over 1,000 sea turtles strand on Cape Cod, critically weakened. At the National Marine Life Center, we provide immediate care, ensuring these turtles begin their recovery. Your donation jumpstarts their healing journey.

Cold-stunned turtles need intensive care to recover. Our team is dedicated to nurturing each one back to health. Your support amplifies our efforts, helping us offer the best treatments.

Every rehabilitated turtle's return to the wild is a triumph. Your contributions ensure they're given this second chance at life in their natural habitat. 1
