Thank You Volunteers! – All that they do

It’s National Volunteer Week, and time to honor and celebrate the remarkable contributions of volunteers.
Volunteers are the life-blood of the National Marine Life Center. They are involved in our programs, including animal care, science, and education. They provide support services such as administration and marketing. They’ve even helped to build our new marine animal hospital! Volunteers plan events and raise funds to support NMLC’s mission. Our volunteer board members lead and guide our organization.
NMLC’s volunteers are among the most dedicated individuals I have ever met. I am constantly humbled by the gift of their time and energy. At least one has told me that NMLC has changed their life; well, from my point of view, they have changed my life. For the better. NMLC’s volunteers inspire me to work even harder to achieve our vision to build a world class marine animal hospital and discovery center so we can save animals, advance science, and inspire conservation through education. And so we can welcome even more wonderful volunteers.
Thank you.
We hope you have a seal-ly great week, everyone! Happy #sealsunday!
